Thomas A. Lamb Memorial Field House

The Thomas A. Lamb Memorial Field House is a spacious, versatile facility designed to accommodate a wide variety

of events. With an open floor plan measuring 110 feet by 216 feet, the Field House is an ideal venue for sporting events,

recreational programs, large expos, trade shows, conferences, concerts, and other community gatherings.

The facility has a maximum capacity of 1,572 people, with bleacher seating available for approximately 340 guests.

Its flexible layout provides plenty of room to customize the space to meet the needs of events both large and small.

the process quick and easy.

What to Bring

A valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s
license, state ID, or passport.
The document(s) that need to be notarized.
Do not sign the document ahead of time if the notary is
required to witness your signature.
Any additional individuals or witnesses required for your
particular document.

A Versatile Space for Any Event

Our open floor plan can accommodate three full-size
basketball courts, which can also be converted into three
full-size volleyball courts. The Field House also features a
full-size batting cage that can be set up as needed,
as well as an indoor track.

Current Rental Rates as of 1/6/2026
Sport Practice and Games
One Court: $75 per hour
Two Courts: $125 per hour
Three Courts: $150/hour
Event Pricing
$200 per hour (Including set-up and break-down)
Any event over 199 people must have a door counter and
a fire detail, which instills additional charges,TBD.
All events must be approved by the town council.
