Building Inspector II The Town of West Warwick, RI is seeking an experienced individual with building inspector and minimum housing experience. This is a part time position. Under the supervision of the Building Official, inspects buildings and structures to see that work is being done according to approved plans and in accordance with pertinent codes and ordinances. Makes reports relative to compliance and violations of Town ordinances and state building code. Qualifications include: Associates degree in related field of study. Certification from the state building commissioner and building code standards committee in Rhode Island and, at least five years’ experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
